Wreath Sale Information 2017-2018

The Christmas Wreath sale is now available. Official sale dates are September 10th through October 25th. Please make every effort to make this a profitable sale as it helps keep our rink in operation. 

* All returning skaters are required to sell $400 in charity mania tickets and/or Christmas wreaths.

* 1st year skaters in MYHA are not required to sell, but are encouraged to do so if they choose! 

For all returning skaters, there is the option not to sell wreaths.  If you choose not to sell wreaths or Charity Mania tickets, you must pay $300 per skater to MYHA at wreath order turn in night.  Please bring your check to the hockey rink on collection night. The maximum fundraising requirement per family is $800 for those with more than two skaters.

Below are the forms you need for selling. There is a listing of various products available to sell.  We only sell what is on our product sheet. Please use the customer list to sell your wreaths.  This is for YOUR reference and should not be turned into MYHA.  It will be used to aid you in your customer delivery.  Please collect the money as you make the sale. Have checks made out to: MYHA. Post-dated checks cannot be accepted.  Before turning in your order form, please be sure to check it carefully.  MYHA is not responsible for errors made on an individual's order form. 

**ALL wreath orders and money must be turned in on October 25th at the Don Fanetti Ice Arena from 6-8pm.  On the turn in night we are asking that you please write out a single check for any cash you receive from your wreath sales.

Mark your calendars!!  The wreaths will be available for pick up the week of November 13th.
